Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or in any way using the cx664 platform available at cx664.org (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "cx664", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses or interacts with any part of cx664.org.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of cx664.org following any update or modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain informed of the applicable terms.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policies published on cx664.org, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by cx664, you must register a personal account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

However, cx664 cannot be held responsible for unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate personal security practices. cx664 reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation if unusual login activity is detected.

Deposits & Withdrawals

cx664 processes all account transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at cx664's discretion; the current list of available payment methods is displayed within the account cashier section after login.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. cx664 does not charge a deposit fee on standard payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your cx664 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment network. cx664 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile banking network outages.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: typically 15–30 minutes following approval.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) and Upay: typically 30–60 minutes following approval.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Suspicious account activity is reviewed by our compliance team and, where warranted, reported to the relevant authorities. cx664 reserves the right to freeze account balances pending investigation of any suspected prohibited conduct.

Account Suspension & Closure

cx664 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where cx664 has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following conditions have been met:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity has been identified on the account.
• The account balance has been derived in whole or in part through abuse of promotional offers or exploitation of platform errors.
• cx664 is required to do so under applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a lawful court order.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under cx664's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, cx664 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance held in the account at the time of closure. Where an account is closed for administrative or business reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of applicable KYC checks.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may request the closure of your cx664 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary Platform unavailability; cx664 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx664 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any consequential, indirect, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, market data, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions in service caused by third-party providers, including payment processors, game studios, live streaming services, or internet service providers.
• Actions taken by cx664 in compliance with applicable law, a court order, or a regulatory directive — including account freezes, payment holds, or balance forfeitures.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party who obtained your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits cx664's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law. cx664's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your cx664 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

cx664 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the Platform's product offering, changes to payment processing arrangements, or updates to cx664's responsible gaming obligations.

When material changes are made to these Terms & Conditions, cx664 will notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published at cx664.org/terms-conditions with the revised effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the cx664 Platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the amendment where possible.
